Fjord takes early bath as Conference pulls the plug

You’re The Manager, Channel 4’s proposed interactive TV football show, has been shown the red card by the Nationwide Conference league board.

The programme, the identity and website for which were created by Fjord Network (DW 31 January), was to offer viewers the opportunity to influence managerial decisions at Nationwide Conference team Stevenage Borough.

Football is a mix of sport and entertainment and the programme would have taken away the sporting element, says the board.
