Neutral Design has created the interiors for Sumosan, a Japanese restaurant opening in Mayfair in London in April, and Justo, a bar located underneath the restaurant. For Sumosan, Neutral Design has created a modern environment that mixes influences from British and Japanese design. Natural materials have been used where possible, such as a beige oak floor and maccasa wood tables.
