New media arms unite

New media group Precedent is to formally merge with sister consultancy Hoskins Associates, a specialist in corporate identity, literature and strategy.

The two London groups will come together under the Precedent banner on 4 February, although no money will change hands in the deal.

The new group will be 20-strong and wholly owned by Paul Hoskins, who owns and directs the two constituent groups. Hoskins will become managing director of the revamped Precedent group.
