Sandom starts Distillery arm

Berkshire communications agency The Sandom Group has spawned Distillery, a consultancy specialising in brand strategy and new product development.

The new group’s workforce numbers five – three full-time and two part-time employees who have transferred from Sandom’s existing staff. The consultancy, which is also based in Berkshire, is owned jointly by Sandom and

Distillery directors Rob Murray and Helen Leeson.

Murray says he aims to build up the consultancy over time. The recruitment drive will start with the appointment of four new staff in the next six months.

Distillery will tap into Sandom’s existing client base.
