TSM to brand Vernons’ new football lottery

Ladbroke-owned pools company Vernons is to launch a national football lottery at the beginning of the football season in August, with branding by London group TSM.

The game will be on-line and run alongside the National Lottery on Camelot’s 25 000 computer terminals every Saturday.

Details of the game are being kept under wraps, including its name which was generated in-house with input from unnamed marketing consultancies. Vernons Lotteries commercial director Ian Lloyd Jones declines to comment on the game’s branding.

TSM created the identity for the game, as well as literature and point-of-sale material. Vernons is the first independent operator to launch a National Lottery game.
