Brief encounters with Bi-design

The word brief is the theme. Turn cleverly coloured pages and you discover that good design is about understanding the brief, the brief is the key to a successful partnership between designer and client, and that Bi-design works to and with all sorts of briefs.

Tight briefs. Loose briefs. Skimpy briefs. Woolly briefs. Full and detailed briefs. And sometimes – no briefs at all.

Each statement is accompanied by a hunky torso minus head, wearing the appropriate garb – or not, as in the final example, although his hands are strategically placed.

But it’s not naff. It’s beautifully designed and really quite brilliant. Why aren’t more consultancy brochures this original, informative and funny?
