The Aegean sunlight is the principle design element in Metaxa International’s new brand communication material, according to Red Design Consultants. The project is a continuation of the Athens group’s work with the Greek drinks brand. Designs were created for a series of billboards (pictured), posters, trade ads and promotional literature. This follows on from Red Design’s limited edition ‘brandy’ labelling and box, brought out by Metaxa in the summer to celebrate the Atlanta Olympics.
The council has chosen design consultants Publica to provide strategic oversight for its £235 million plan, which may include “more plants, reduced traffic and fewer building emissions”.
Some 25 years on from its first launch, the series dedicated to great thinkers and philosophers is being updated with 20 more titles.
The visual refresh hopes to make the data-heavy environmental and energy resources magazine stand out from its competitors.
