Cartlidge Levene drafts ARB identity

The Architect’s Registration Board, the profession’s regulatory body, is relaunching its identity with a design by Cartlidge Levene.

The contemporary new look, also featured in an annual report by Cartlidge Levene, is an attempt to move the ARB away from its formal image and reflect the creativity within the industry, says ARB chairman Barbara Kelly.

“We are constantly seeking to make our work ever more transparent to both the consumer and profession alike. We know that design style gives an instant snap shot of an organisation’s culture. We think that the new visual identity reflects our aims,” she says.

The existing marque will now be replaced on the board’s advice and educational literature.
