The group, which owns brands including Shoe Express and Dolcis, is currently recruiting a third designer for its team and has plans to expand further. British Shoe plans to continue using outside groups currently working with the group. ‘We are still working with design consultancies and plan to carry on doing so,’ says British Shoe design executive Stephen Smith.
