Four new associates for CDT

Consultancy CDT Design has confirmed the appointment of four new associates.

Directors Iain Crockart and Neil Walker, who themselves became associates in 1994, have promoted senior designers Simon Elliott, Paula Snell and James Alexander, along with project manager Rebecca Oliver.

Crockart and Walker are responsible for the day-to-day running of the company, with founders Mike Dempsey and Nick Thirkell having scaled back their involvement. Dempsey and Thirkell now work part-time, but there are no plans for the pair, or any other senior staff, to retire.

Walker says that by establishing a third generation of senior management, CDT hopes to ensure creative continuity and stability in the future.
