Oxford University doesn’t own Oxford Blue

A court has ruled that Oxford University does not own the intellectual property rights to the Oxford Blue, the badge awarded by the university for sporting achievement. The judgement follows a claim made by the university, which failed to trademark the logo, against a Birmingham jacket manufacturer.
