Design aims to counter terror
On the eve of the first anniversary of the World Trade Center atrocity, the Royal Institute of British Architects is to host a seminar on Designing Out Terrorism.
The event, held on 10 September, will look at the ways in which the design of buildings and urban areas can protect people from the potential impact of terrorism. The seminar will be addressed by counter terrorism experts.
