National Museums of Scotland has confirmed the appointment of Ralph Appelbaum Associates to design 16 new galleries at Edinburgh’s Royal Museum, as revealed by DW (DW 1 December). The £7m project forms part of the £44.5m Royal Museum masterplan, due for completion in 2011.
