Sampson Tyrrell scoops property win

Sampson Tyrrell has won the special judges’ award at this year’s UK Property Marketing Awards for its corporate identity manual on rebranded company Knight Frank (DW 12 January).

The Victor Ludorum was scooped by GD&O International’s Pierre Apartment Brochure. The group’s design for Olden and Co also won best business space brochure.

The awards were presented at a ceremony held at The Mayfair Hotel in London on Tuesday.

Chris Laver Design picked up best annual report for its Crown Estate document, and the best auction catalogue prize went to Allsop and Co, with design by Intergraphic.

Other prizes were awarded to design consultancies including Wordsearch, Hatton Associates, Barnes Vereker, Quest Design, and Philip Design Associates.

The awards received a record 420 entries in what is its fifth year.
