Origin has created the identity for deliberately elitist Cheshire health and fitness club Ethos, which plans to restrict its membership to create a friendly club feel. Origin has designed a bespoke font that reads Ethos one way and a random string of numbers, 50473, when turned upside down, which mirrors the strapline ‘more than just a number’. The identity will be applied to stationery, membership cards, staff uniforms and signage, and may eventually be applied to a 50473-branded range of clothing.
The visual identity seeks to put a space age spin on noodle packaging, while showcasing thefood brand’s ethical values.
Flow X is the result of 10 years of research, design and development according to the studio, and takes aim at the outdated offering currently on the market.
