Spencer Landor polishes off logo

London consultancy Spencer Landor has conceived the identity for a soon-to-launch charitable trust for young people.

Shine is being backed by a currently secret corporate sponsor and will officially launch early next year. It has been set up as a result of a commitment by its trustees to help break the cycle of social exclusion for children and young people through education projects, says Spencer Landor director John Spencer.

“The staff at Shine are currently researching issues and processes which they may adopt. They expect to outline their funding priorities in early 2000,” he adds.

The Shine logo features a star as an embellishment, variants of which will be designed for the launch, which will include promotional material.
