Sundance Kid opts to butch up his identity

Turner Duckworth offices in London and San Francisco have been appointed to jointly develop a new corporate identity for the Sundance group. The consultancy was personally selected by film star and Sundance founder Robert Redford.

Following a competitive pitch against two unnamed rivals, the two Turner Duckworth offices will develop an overall identity, plus individual brand identities for companies within the group’s portfolio.

As well as running the famous Sundance Film Festival, an annual celebration of independent cinema, the group owns a TV channel for independent documentary programmes and a resort in Utah for the practice of indigenous crafts and traditions. The group is also involved in the production of organic food.
