Do people go to the Tate because it’s free?

Lots of letters, lots of tosh. Dome, Tate, highbrow, lowbrow, good design, bad design.

It seems to me that lots of people go the the Tate rather than the Dome because it’s free.

Any attraction appeals for a number of reasons, but a prime one must be the cost to the visitor.
