Roundel is to appoint a new director, after shortlisting three people for a top business slot in the consultancy.

Founder Mike Denny has not attached a fixed job title to the incoming director’s post, but it is understood to be the group’s key business management role, equivalent to, or eventually leading to, the title of managing director.

Denny has identified a need for a director with strengths in business management to complement the existing creative function within the consultancy (DW 14 April).

“We have now shortlisted three people and we hope to have made an appointment by the end of the month,” says Denny. “The job description will depend to some extent on the experience of the person finally chosen. “Whoever we go with will be a full director of the company.”
