Exhibition of work by photographer Albert Watson

A visual retrospective of the work of photographer Albert Watson will be exhibited at City Art Centre in Edinburgh – Watson’s birthplace – from 1 August to 22 October.

Entitled Frozen, the display will draw material from Watson’s broad career, which spans fashion photography and celebrity portraiture to shots of convicts in Louisiana, and film direction as well as photography.

According to the gallery, Frozen is the first retrospective of Watson’s work to be shown in the UK.
