Minale Tattersfield & Partners has absorbed a multi- media company and appointed its sole founder Jeremy Coombs as a partner.

Coombs formed Creative Media in 1991 but has now merged his interests with the Richmond group’s multimedia division, Minale Tattersfield Interactive. MTI was created in June 1995.

With Creative Media, Coombs worked on both CD-ROM and Website projects. With MTI, he aims to forge a number of “strategic partnerships”.

He says: “In many respects what we have tried to bring together are all our respective talents. We intend to build on our core strengths in brand development and to explore fully the tremendous opportunities presented by the new communications media to augment all aspects of our multidisciplinary strengths.”

Coombs, a designer, was Creative Media’s sole employee and gains equity in Minale Tattersfield as part of the deal. Creative Media continues to exist for now to complete some projects.

Coombs says: “We are trying to get the right people together in-house to make a solid team. We don’t intend to make a million and then disappear.”
