Enterprise IG has promoted senior consultant Simon Williams to the role of sales and marketing director, Europe, following the promotion of Patrick Smith to managing director (DW 25 February). Williams joined WPP Group-owned Enterprise IG in July last year, from Basten Greenhill Andrews.
