Martin Cox started his career at Williams & Phoa in 1989. He met Giff while working at Trickett & Webb. Both left Trickett & Webb in 1996 to found graphics and identity consultancy Blast. Blast is already making it on the awards circuit for its creative work, not least in the Design Week Awards.
