Shopping mate

Tangerine has created this hand-held device for Pace to allow consumers to order supermarket goods from home. It includes a remote bar-code reader that links to the supermarket via a digital set-top box. Consumers can scan goods at home or at the store to compile a shopping list. Items from the list can then be ordered direct for home-delivery.
