Letters page bullies keep running other designers down

I pity the poor designers who get their work printed in Design Week, lest it gets picked on by the bullies of the letters page.

2005 will forever be known as ‘the year we all kicked the shit out of Mr Kipling’. Maybe, in 2006, we can look forward to reading each week about Adam Ellis’s ‘Ice Scream’ project. Maybe, if we try hard enough, Adam Ellis will become so deflated and disparaged, that he’ll quit the industry altogether. Then we can all return to our little workstations with a sense of importance and gratification.

I could say how sad it is that we can’t all foster a positive, supportive environment based on professional and mutual respect, but then I’d probably never hear the bloody end of it.
