It’s that time of year again and Addison is on its marks. Last year it organised a go-karting event and raised 4000 for charity Centrepoint, which houses young people at risk. A respectable amount of consultancies participated, mainly from the provinces.

“This year we’re hoping for larger, London-based companies to join in,” says Addison designer Miles Hutchins. This makes sense, as Centrepoint’s work is focused on London’s streets.

The event is bigger this year, lasting four days instead of one. It costs 300 to enter a team of five to ten drivers, and takes place at Lydd in Kent on 7, 12, 15 and 28 June. Call Miles on 0171-403 7444 if you’ve got hot wheels.
