Arnotts department store in Dublin is in the process of a refurbishment to designs by Alastair Kean of Dalziel & Pow. Kean and colleagues Stephen Cowles and Keith Ware have all been promoted to associate director to strengthen the group’s management structure to allow further growth, says creative director David Dalziel. The changes also see Rosalyn Scott become a main board director of the retail consultancy.
