Parent company Going Places plans a chain of Holiday World superstores, all with an interactive element. Design House worked on naming, branding and interiors for the stores, which are divided into themed areas. The Cruise section has a nautical atmosphere, while the DIY area features travel guides and on-line travel pages.
Customers can relax in an aircraft seat and take a look at their holiday destination on the videowall. A kids’ area features toys and electronic games. Refreshment is provided at the in-house Costa Coffee shop. The Monks Cross outlet is 930sqm and other sites are being sought.
