WPP secures Grey Global merger

WPP has secured a £780m merger with Grey Global. The deal puts WPP neck-and-neck with US network Omnicom at the top of the league table of the world’s largest advertising and communications companies by revenue. Grey Global’s portfolio of businesses includes its branding network G2 Worldwide.
