Felton Communication puts the record straight

Although I endorse my comments made about the quality of finishing which was reported in your Printers Survey (DW 4 August), I feel that I must correct your accompanying statement that we specialise in charity and public sector work.

In fact, we have one charity client – The Terrence Higgins Trust – and one, recently won, public sector client – Lambeth Council.

Actually, we’ve spent the past ten years intentionally avoiding having more than one client in any sector, so you can appreciate our concern over the inference.
