New metallic finishes for Alessi appliances

Alessi has introduced a new range of contemporary, opaque metallic finishes in three contrasting colours: frosted blue, cool metal and pale matt gold for a selection of household items such as kettles, jugs and assorted containers. According to Alessi, the new reflective surfaces will enable consumers to create mix-and-match combinations of different finishes on products throughout the home, ranging from kitchen utensils to household furniture. Designers involved in the project include Joanna Lyle and Michael Graves.
