Manchester consultancy Coleman Design is redesigning the packaging for several brands owned by Allied Signal, including the UK’s best-selling car care valeting product.
The appointment marks a return to work on the Holts brand for the design group. Its previous association with Holts ended in December 1997 due to a change in management.
Coleman Design was initially reappointed last year to work on Holts. It has subsequently been given the task of rebranding several products from Allied Signal’s Simoniz range.
Simoniz Back to Black and Simoniz Dri-cleen are due to be relaunched in the near future. A number of products, including Simoniz Back to Black Tyre Shine, Simoniz Cockpit Cleaner and Holts Screenies have been completed within the past month.
Coleman Design business development manager Barny Morris says: “The brief for the Simoniz products was to boost the branding by introducing the Simoniz name into a bolder typeface and stand-out.”
