Link 2000; Contemporary Furniture: Design from East London; Design for Performance; Space Stations

Imaging event Link 2000, from 20-22 February, is designed for professionals in both traditional and digital imaging. There will be seminars, and workshops, as well as an exhibition of the best typographic design from around the world, presented in association with the Typographic Circle.

The first in a two-part show highlighting the quality and innovation which characterises the work of selected furniture designers, shows from 23 February until 30 April at Contemporary Furniture: Design from East London.

Venue: Geffrye Museum, Kingsland Road, London E2.

Design for Performance, from 23 February until 3 March, features the work of eight scenography masters graduates. The exhibition includes work from classic plays and theatre design using state of the art computer generated technologies.

Venue: Diorama Arts, 34 Osnaburgh Street, London NW1.

Space Stations, featuring photography from the Jubilee Line extension, continues until 18 March and features the photography of Dennis Gilbert and Crispin Hughes. Gilbert’s work highlights the visionary architecture; Hughes reveals the people behind the scenes who worked to bring the railway into service.
