Conran & partners hotel floor completed

A Conran & Partners-designed ground floor in the Park Hotel New Delhi, India, has been completed with the unveiling of the Mist café. The interior work follows the opening last spring of the hotel’s restaurant and bar Fire and Agni. The floor’s functions are linked in a single, curved space with different areas separated by a variety of screens, rather than walls. Mist references the element of ‘water’, while the restaurant relates to ‘fire’ and the reception area to ‘air’. Conran & Partners associate director Robert Malcolm is leading the project, which will now turn to the design of luxury suites, the lounge, pool and pool bar.
