Confusion reigns as Fitch namesake is takes advice

While perching copies of The Times on their glutted, swollen bellies after the Christmas break, Design Week’s reporting crew almost belched the celery off their Ryvitas at the news that Fitch was swelling its ranks with a high-powered think-tank, including Tory also-ran Kenneth Clarke and former BP chairman Lord Simon.

It turns out that this was global ratings agency Fitch, but it gets you thinking: who would Fitch want to get on-board to advise it on ‘issues that matter’.

Christina Aguilera for her immaculate dress sense perhaps, or the ‘fragrant’ Mary Archer for her dedication to a failing product?
