Exhibition design course planned

A London college hopes to get the go ahead for its first exhibition design MA course, starting January 2003, by March this year.

The course at Central St Martins College of Art & Design, provisionally titled Design for the Narrative Environment, will teach students ‘about engaging consumers in different environments, from theme parks to museums,’ says Tricia Austin, critical context programme leader at the college.

The course is aimed at architects, designers, curators and creative writers, Austin adds.
