Bowman Creative has designed the brand identity and retail environment for estate agents The Property People, to support a long-term growth strategy.
The consultancy was appointed six months ago with a brief to develop a generic retail brand for the company, with the intention of franchising it nationally. The aim is to roll out the brand within six to 12 months across 30 outlets.
The marque shows characters standing in a circle holding hands. It will be applied to stores, a website and corporate literature.
The brand is being trialled at a venue in Wales later this month. It features a retail design template that could be refined and applied across the portfolio of sites.
