All the major political parties have streamlined their branding in the run up to the General Election. Hannah Booth and Brandon Cheevers look at the different strategies of each party…

Branding is one of the key weapons in the three main parties’ arsenal, as Labour, the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats jostle for position prior to the 7 June General Election.

The established party logos – the rose, the torch and the bird respectively – have been redesigned to varying degrees by in-house design teams and consultancies. Related design work includes campaign material, roadshows, merchandise, websites and party political broadcasts.
