Stocks Austin Sice is rolling out its work for Wireplay, BT’s nationwide games network. The consultancy will be working with games manufacturers and publishers to control the Wireplay brand mark on all Wireplay compatible games, as well as developing aspects of promotional merchandising. BT’s official Wireplay launch game Euro ’96, which allows people to play football against each other on the BT network in real time, will be released in May. ‘Having created the original Wireplay mark, our role is to ensure that it is applied intelligently and sensitively on all the materials for the forthcoming software launches – from packaging through to the promotional materials,’ says SAS partner Jeremy Sice.
