Cape Town’s Victoria & Alfred Waterfront development is to have a new five star hotel with interiors by Wilson & Associates. The 320-room Table Bay Hotel, part of South Africa’s Sun International chain, is set to open in June 1997. The Dallas-based consultancy worked in tandem with its Johannesburg office, which now employs about 10 design staff on the project. The group is currently designing interiors for hotel ventures in Mauritius, the Seychelles and Gaborone in Botswana.
