Hat designer Malooli is getting ahead with her flamboyant noggin gear. She is participating in Work to Wear, an exhibition of fashion accessories at the Ruskin Craft Gallery, Sheffield, until 18 May. Graduate of an advanced millinery course at the London College of Fashion,

Malooli has designed one-off hats for diverse icons such as Hussein Chalayan, Jamiroquai and the Lord Mayor of Leeds. This Pheasant Feather hat, inspired by African tribal headwear, was made for the Victoria & Albert Museum.
