Regarding the Top 100 (DW 29 March), it’s great to see confidence from other design groups.
The column of projected growth shows figures from 151 per cent downward. There is a 75 per cent, a 60 per cent, and 10s and 20s by the score. There is even a 17.5 per cent, which shows accuracy, as well as confidence.
Behind this is a serious question; how do companies plan resources for the vagaries of a service-based business?
