Gobarkingmad looks for a safe bet for its branding

Internet development company Gaming Internet is looking to appoint a broadcast or digital design consultancy to brand its global greyhound racing website Gobarkingmad.com, which is due to launch this Summer.

Gaming Internet, which hopes to make a design appointment in the next few weeks, is seeking a consultancy to provide a consistent look and feel to the site, says Gobarkingmad managing director Arthur Cooper.

The site features a temporary brand icon called Top Dog, developed by Media Design Creative, which “may or may not form the basis of the entire site branding”, says Cooper.

“Our brand must work across on-line and digital TV media. It should also make the logistically complex site easy to use by our target audience, which is anyone who likes a flutter,” he adds.

Available via the Internet and on digital TV, Gobarkingmad aims to feature a greyhound race every five minutes, from every continent and in several different languages. It hopes to cover about 105 000 dog races per year and include at least eight UK-based race tracks.

The back end of the website is being developed by Web development company KeyMS.
