Wolff Olins’ stab at Netscalibur

Wolff Olins has created the branding and identity for US Internet telecoms company Netscalibur, which has launched its first European offensive.

Netscalibur acquired four companies in the UK, Italy and Germany last year, and all are undergoing rebranding. The UK’s ISP Direct Connection is the latest to adopt the parent brand this week. It sees the branding as “a critical component” of its marketing activity.

Netscalibur has earmarked $15m (£10m) for a brand-building marketing campaign in Western Europe. It offers Web hosting, messaging and high-speed connectivity. Its core targets include the creative, media, advertising and publishing industries.

Wolff Olins started working on the project in June 2000.
