Blackout is an exhibition by five British light artists. The work on display draws participants into a series of dark environments injected with light. Sodium Sky, 1997 by Andrew Gifford is shown left. From 25 June until 5 July.

Eight artists have created multimedia art as part of a Lottery-funded exhibition. Suntrap includes changing displays of sound, photography, film and video looking at experiences of the sun and how it affects people’s lives. From 20 June until 16 August.

Manchester group Influence Design’s retrospective exhibition continues until 30 June. Work on show covers the past six years and ranges from club flyers to corporate images.
