Williams Murray Banks frontman Richard Williams is a self-proclaimed fan of Bob Gill, as the profile on page 14 of this week’s issue can testify. Imagine our surprise then, when we asked Williams if he would be there to hear Gill speak at the D&AD President’s lecture on 22 March. ‘I’ve got to go to a toothpaste debrief in Washington,’ replied Williams.
