MAK Architects closes its doors

MAK Architects is closing its doors less than 12 months after being reborn from Harper Mackay.

According to a statement from the group, ‘directors have been working increasingly in different fields and have decided to pursue these paths independently’.

MAK director Ken Mackay says he is likely to focus on ‘interiors and the corporate side’ while director Stephen Archer is planning a move towards ‘big architectural planning schemes’.

Mackay would not comment on the future of staff at the group.
