A managing director with a conscience

Congratulations must go to Lin Arigho, the managing director of Hampshire design group Aricot Vert, who has been named Best Boss in Britain by the charity Parents at Work.

Her victory is made more special when you realise the challenges she faces in her job with her ‘fantastic team’. ‘Business is more than just making profits,’ she says. ‘You should support hard working, committed employees.’

Does that mean they have a studio in the asylum?
