Medivet Veterinary Group, one of the largest veterinary partnerships in the UK, is to bolster its expansion plans with the launch of an identity by The Way Forward.
The work is the first rebranding project to be carried out by the group and supports a long-term growth strategy. The Way Forward was appointed in January following a credentials pitch against two other consultancies.
The revamped identity will be applied to all shop facias, signage, stationery, uniforms, publications and livery from this month. The logo retains the original corporate blue and red palette but a snake graphic, the international symbol for veterinary practice, has been scrapped.
According to Paula Allibone, creative director at The Way Forward, ‘Its existing logo was deemed unsuitable for repositioning Medivet from a corporate to a caring company.’
‘We are at an opportune time to build a solid brand that will take us to our next strategic commercial level,’ adds Asher Teper, a Medivet founding partner.
