Call for entries

The closing date for entries to the Design Week Awards 2002 has been extended to 26 October. The judges, chaired by Pentagram partner John McConnell, will assess entries across 22 main categories and a best of show award.

The Royal Mail is calling for small to medium-sized design groups to enter the Winning Post Awards by the 19 November deadline. The awards claim to be the only business awards to recognise outstanding and effective direct mail.

The triennial competition that is part of the International Furniture Design Fair Asahiawa 2002 is calling for entries until 18 January 2002. This year’s theme is wooden furniture. The fair is held in Japan from 3-31 July 2002.
